Nomad Wine Importers was created in 2007 by two Sommeliers with an ambition to offer the very best of France. Thierry Grillet (Former Head Sommelier – Restaurant Girardet – 3 Michelin Stars – Switzerland) and Charles Derain (Former Head Sommelier – Restaurant P. Guilbaud – 2 Michelin Stars – Ireland) have joined their efforts, their knowledge, their experience, and their network to provide the Irish market with top quality Domaines from every corner of France. Now a team of 3 (Ariana’s the best), we are excited to have more feet on the ground to serve you.

Our wineries for Spit festival:
​After a difficult harvest all over France, we are glad to be here and to have a few of our producers travel all the way to Dublin to show you their wines – it’s a time to taste, ask questions, and learn more about where these wines come from and who’s behind them. We take pride in each and every wine on our list and are excited for this year’s SPIT lineup. So, here’s a warm welcome to SPIT 2024!
